With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Counselling Psychology degree, Felicia is deeply committed to her profession. As a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, she demonstrates a high level of expertise.
Specializing in emotionally focused therapy and narrative therapy, Felicia adopts an integrative approach. Her client-centred philosophy enables her to seamlessly incorporate various therapeutic methods—including cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients while also embracing a family systems perspective.
Felicia is particularly passionate about working with couples, adults, and adolescents 16 years and older. Her dedication to individualized care is evident as she meets clients where they are, enhancing awareness of new possibilities and perspectives.
Outside of her professional life, Felicia cherishes the moments spent with her family, whether it’s her and her husband cheering on their sons at soccer games or dreaming about her next travel adventure.
